At BMW of Crystal Lake, we are seeking an Experienced BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, managing online inquiries, and ensuring excellent communication with customers.
HOURS: Rotating Saturday coverage.
1 week, 12pm - 7pm M-F
2nd week, 12pm-7pm M, W, F. 9am-5pm Sat
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and strong email etiquette.
- Assist customers in navigating inventory management systems to find suitable vehicles.
- Provide sales support by communicating effectively with both customers and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is recommended.
- Familiarity with inventory or lead management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills & the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work as a team in a customer-centric environment.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing our outreach to various market segments.
- Must be reliable & trustworthy.
