For this role we are looking for an experienced, talented and outgoing individual to join our high energy team as a full-time BDC Member. Your primary duties and responsibilities include create/schedule/confirm appointments, take inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate business, and follow up with prospective clients all while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
