KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Service Acquisition Specialist, you interact and consult with customers, utilize dealership systems to complete follow-up and provide the highest level of customer service to build long-term business.

Key responsibilities include the following.
Others may be assigned.
- Greet service customers
- Provide welcoming experience at luxury automotive dealership
- Generate appraisals on service lane
- Work with sales manager on target vehicles
- Follow up with service customers daily, via email, phone and text.
- Stock in purchased vehicles
- Track purchases, appraisals and communication with guests.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
- Remarkable communication and customer service skills.
- Team oriented attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Valid driver’s license.
