Job Overview:
As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting customers with their service-related inquiries. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely and professional service while driving business growth for our service department.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or automotive BDC is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Interest in learning more about vehicle maintenance and dealership service operations
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries related to service appointments and repairs
- Make outbound calls to follow up on service leads, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction
- Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the service team
- Provide accurate information about dealership services, promotions, and warranty programs
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer concerns and inquiries
- Update and maintain customer records in the dealership’s CRM system
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting service specials and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer interactions
