Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, including their features, technology, specifications and options. Stay updated on the latest BMW models and innovations.
- Engage with customers in the dealership to answer questions, provide detailed explanations, and offer insights on the various BMW models and their features.
- Conduct one on one sessions with customers to demonstrate and explain the functionalities of BMW vehicles tailoring the experience to the customer’s needs and preferences
- Provide hand on demonstrations of the vehicle features, such as the iDrive system, navigation, and driver assistance systems.
- Assist new owners in setting up and customizing their vehicle settings including Bluetooth, navigation and driver profiles. Offer follow-up support to ensure customers are comfortable with their vehicle.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by being approachable, patient, and knowledgeable exceeding the customer’s expectations every time
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Passion for the BMW brand and automotive technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple way
- Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and in car technology
- Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive retail is a plus
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
