BMW of Pittsburgh is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and organizing all paperwork related to vehicle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Organize, verify, and process all financial paperwork related to vehicle purchases and leases, ensuring compliance with dealership, state, and lender requirements.

Coordination: Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer, deal, and financial information in dealership management systems.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between the dealership, customers, financial institutions, and state agencies to resolve any issues related to deal documentation.

Compliance: Ensure all contracts, forms, and disclosures are properly signed, dated, and submitted in a timely manner.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Use Excel, Word, and Outlook to maintain spreadsheets, create reports, and manage correspondence.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvements in deal processing and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role within an automotive dealership or similar environment preferred.
