Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of comprehensive project charters and detailed plans to navigate project execution.
- Oversee financials, monitor estimates at completion (EAC), and track overall project progress.
- Manage essential project components such as integration, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and procurement.
- Lead projects of various scales, ensuring cohesive management of interdependencies in alignment with wider organizational objectives.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with business unit leaders and executive teams.
- Ensure continuous stakeholder engagement, integrating their feedback into project processes.
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project ambitions.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies to promote uniformity in project delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may hinder project success.
- Establish effective controls to manage project budgets, scope, and timelines.
- Monitor deliverables to confirm that projects meet their intended outcomes and benefits.
- Guide and mentor project team members, including project coordinators and technical resources.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability and success.
- Encourage the adoption of best practices in project management within the team.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-level software implementations and resource management is advantageous.
