The position involves valeting client vehicles and providing support across both Genesis of Ridgefield and BMW of Ridgefield.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a "Four Seasons" level of customer experience with every interaction.
- Serve as a liaison between Genesis of Ridgefield and BMW of Ridgefield, starting the day at BMW and traveling to Norwalk as needed.
- Assist with daily support specialist tasks at Genesis of Ridgefield (details provided during the interview).
- Pick up and deliver client vehicles promptly and professionally.
- Accurately document vehicle check-in/out details for valet trips.
- Provide additional support to the service drive team as needed.
- Exhibit flexibility and commitment to daily business needs.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Available for 4-5 hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to upload videos and email photos from a smartphone.
- Pass quality assurance checks, including background and drug tests.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must own an Android or iPhone.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
