5-day Work Week

BMW of Springfield needs to hire a full-time RECEPTIONIST to answer multiple telephone lines and assist with clerical / administrative duties. Receptionist experience is preferred but not required. Enjoy working in our BEAUTIFUL dealership! Ideal applicants will be friendly, well-spoken professionals with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities - Receptionist :

Greet and assist visitors and customers

Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner

Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages

Provide general clerical / office support such as : receiving and sorting mail / deliveries / couriers, creating and organizing files, etc.

Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications - Receptionist :

Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required

Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional

Excellent communication skills and telephone manners

Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail

A positive attitude and good work ethic

Able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems

Professional, well-groomed appearance
