BN Excavating is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to provide field management and oversee the daily operations on site. We are looking for someone who has knowledge in the construction industry, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
The Superintendent is responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day field operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. It is also necessary to have the ability to maintain healthy relationships, acting as a liaison with general contractors, customers, subcontractors and vendors to the standards and values of BN Excavating.
Qualifications:
-Strong supervisory and leadership skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
-Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive under high pressure situations
Education/Experience/Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-At least three years of related experience required
-Possess a valid driver's license
-Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
