Superintendent

TGSI is seeking a Melt Superintendent to oversee all aspects of the Foundry Melt Department in a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations while meeting production, quality, and safety goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with electric melting processes, refractories, and operational best practices to maintain efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of Melt Supervisors to achieve quality, safety, and production objectives.
• Conduct quality and safety audits to ensure adherence to ISO-9001 : 2015 standards and enhance work procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production Control, and Maintenance, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Utilize reports, data analysis, and technical insights to drive continuous improvement in melt operations.
