preventive maintenance program on a day to day basis.
Essential Functions
1. Greets and welcomes guests.
2. Complete the preventive maintenance program by the brand (3 per day)
3. Return all out of order rooms to inventory within 24 hours.
4. Handle and complete all guests’ concerns immediately.
5. Handle all guest room attendant requests when ticket has been completed.
6. Inspect and maintain all HVAC, Fresh Air, Elevator pits, Pool, Dumpster areas.
7. Keep all equipment rooms clear and fire panel accessible
8. Use lock out tag kit when working on electrical equipment
9. Keep dumpster area clean at all times
10. Maintain / keep clean/ trim landscaping, palm trees, trash at all times.
11. Perform any request from Front Office Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, or Regional.
12. Follow all OSHA, safe lifting, and Haz com rules and procedures.
13. Insure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot their key (redirect them back to the front desk)
Salary : $14 - $15
