Job Summary
B&A is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting the US Courts OSCAR program. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) processes and a proven track record of team leadership . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable SSO implementations. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing user authentication processes while leading a team of analysts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SSO solutions for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Evaluate and document existing authentication systems and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to integrate SSO with third-party applications and platforms.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for SSO-related projects.
- Develop use cases, workflows, and process maps to support the SSO lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Oversee the team’s workload, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques for effective business analysis.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of SSO initiatives with organizational goals.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
