We have existing long-term relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.
Job Description
Typical repair and maintenance for our company includes electrical, plumbing, general handyman work, and VCT/ceramic tiling. For this position we are looking for an experienced plumber with at least 5 years of experience in the field that will be required to do plumbing tasks as well as some painting, tile, electrical, mechanical, and handyman tasks.
We expect you to treat our clients in a very friendly and professional manner - as customer service is the most important aspect of our company. We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in our field and those that possess attention to detail, follow through, and take pride in their work. The store locations will generally be within a 1-2 hour radius from your home. You will be given a great deal of independence, and in many ways be operating as an independent contractor with the support of our office staff and mobile app.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Conduct field service work, including troubleshooting and resolving plumbing, issues.
- Conduct other service work that will include painting, flooring, electrical, mechanical and handyman tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes while performing duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Perform emergency service requests to keep clients operational.
- Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
Full time position
- Typical schedule is Monday-Friday.
- Times may vary, but generally 8am-4pm depending on the customer's needs.
- Occasional weekend and overnights expected
- Weekend work may receive increased bonus pay.

- Wage is up to $40 per hour, and is based on your skill set and experience
