We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies for short term rentals to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize Go High Level, Airtable, and other tools for account management and customer relationship management.
- Lead the sales team in sales efforts, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on revenue forecasts, trends, and variances.
- Provide leadership and training to team members to enhance their skills in business development and technical sales.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in short term rental revenue management or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing software for effective account management.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and the ability to conduct thorough market analysis.
- Experience in technical sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, enabling informed decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining focus on revenue goals.
