Position Summary
Reporting to the US National Director, the Senior Director US CORE will be responsible for overseeing Regional Directors and Managing Directors while providing strategic direction, coaching, training, and overall performance within the US. The Senior Director works closely with the National Director and other key leaders to ensure all activities within BNI regions meet BNI’s standards for quality, performance, compliance, and profitability.
The ideal Senior Director would have demonstrated a strong track-record for leading, developing, and managing teams. Additionally, he/she developed and coached others to execute strategic plans to achieve goals and improve performance. This individual embodies BNI’s core values, is passionate about helping others, collaborative, personable, demonstrates strong communication skills, but also demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and strives for superior results and execution with excellence. He/she is willing to be held accountable and holds others accountable to high standards.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Supporting, coaching, and inspiring Regional Directors to ensure they are equipped and developed to coach Managing Directors and Area Directors to achieve goals while acting ethically and operating within BNI’s policies, practices, and guidelines.
- Leading and developing regional business strategies that align with BNI’s overall goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risk.
- Helping create and monitor short-term and long-term plans for regional growth.
- Helping create and review annual regional business plans to support and implement accountability in the regions, while reviewing and recognizing progress.
- Monitoring regional events to ensure successful execution and budget management.
- Identifying training needs for Directors.
- Reporting operational needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Analyzing financial data to recommend areas of cost-saving and revenue-generation.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to operations, safety, and reputation of BNI.
Required:
- 5 year experience in BNI at a Director level or higher
- Reside in the U.S. with requirement to travel ~ 50% of the time
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to champion change, influence & drive results in a franchised organization
- Able to understand complex issues & can clearly articulate complex ideas
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong analytical abilities to identify issues & self-start programs to address
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
