We are seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Service to join our MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) Administration team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provides quality support to clients with a portfolio of Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions processes’ by investigating errors in client accounts and statements, while routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team
- Checks for incoming wires, sets up cash swings and reconciles funds for moderately complex transactions and processes
- Downloads investor reports in order to process monthly distributions and input billing information for processing
- Resolves any overdraft and uninvested cash items
- Assists others on the team when needed, including on ad hoc projects
- Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of work experience
