We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Lead to join our Wealth Solutions Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Working with external clients to address and resolve day-to-day operational and technical queries
- Applies developed communication skills to deliver high quality service in resolving client inquiries over the phone and via email.
- Uses understanding of BNY products, services and client portal to best answer client inquiries and provide solutions to resolve client issues.
- Coordinate efforts with various internal and external parties to provide issue resolution
- Using in-depth industry knowledge and experience to help identify and streamline operational efficiencies to improve the client experience
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Client Service experience in Financial Services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
