We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Onboarding Platform Strategy and Execution Lead to join our Enterprise Onboarding Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Defines and executes Enterprise Client Onboarding Platform toolset adoption and strategy, working with Service Delivery Groups and Product Managers to define vision, roadmap and standards.
- Plays a key role in delivering transformation to drive operational efficiencies and implement a new global operating model to deliver operational efficiencies and an improved client experience.
- Leads the implementation of client onboarding platform tools to increase user adoption and effectiveness, inclusive of client training and support.
- Establishes and monitors achievable targets for weaning clients off emails and onto platform tools.
- Partners with Product Managers to engage clients in product and adoption workshops, demonstrating key features/capabilities.
- Develops communication materials that are client facing in order to explain our capabilities: API (inclusive of external channels like Saphyre and Markit), Portal, and Data/Document Exchange).
- Partners with client coverage teams, including relationship managers, to establish and convert pipeline of clients.
- Collects and interprets user feedback and insights with product and engineering teams to help improve the user experience in future releases.
- Embeds metrics across all of the teams, including using metrics and advanced analytics to enable teams to identify challenges that impact operational performance
- Advocates the user experience across the Onboarding Platform Toolset.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineering, senior business managers and client-facing teams.
- Ensures that there is a robust operating environment that is compliant with internal control standards as well as local and global regulations.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.15 plus years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
- Proven operational leader with experience of managing large, diverse teams
- Strong talent management and staff development skills
- Background in Client Onboarding / KYC / AML within the Financial Services Sector
- Demonstrable track record of driving organizational transformation and improvements
- Strong collaborator, able to work across multiple teams and regions
- Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
