We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Banks & Broker-Dealers Lending to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for assisting with the origination and structuring, underwriting, documentation, and monitoring of large, moderately complex credit facilities / transactions.
- Responsible for monitoring existing credit portfolios, including periodic counterparty and loan reviews, internal borrower ratings, among others.
- Works closely with relationship leads to understand and assess clients’ credit needs. In the process, helps generate new business opportunities for the bank such as new loans, revolving credit lines, letters of credit, among others.
- Prepares credit proposals, presents to credit committee, and provides guidance to relationship managers on credit opportunities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. MBA or equivalent a plus.
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in lending, knowledge of lending products, and able to quickly absorb and follow credit policies and procedures.
- Experience with credit or financial and risk analysis.
- Team player with strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to influence business partners and stakeholders.
