Job Description :
Develop business relationships with local real estate developers and investors
Originate and close commercial real estate loans
Requirements :
5 years experience in related positions with the following specialties :
Commercial mortgage loan origination
Commercial real estate investment underwriting
Credit analysis
Cash flow modeling
Construction finance
Specific Job Duties :
Develops new business by calling on and developing relationships with prospective customers
Collaborates with company principals to complete mortgage lending and brokerage transactions
Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and / or complex borrowers
Manages customer pipeline to ensure efficiency
Negotiates loan terms and fees
Ensures that loan transactions are properly documented and closed in accordance with approved terms and conditions
Markets financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
Ensures that all lending activities are conducted in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Stays current of changes in lending standards, industry practices, and legal / compliance requirements.
