We’re seeking a future team member for the role of People Analytics, Senior Vice President to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Partner with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to understand critical people issues and business questions and hypothesis of the highest impact to the organization
- Bring together internal and external data sources and research to help leaders understand people issues
- Undertake analyses using the most contemporary and available technologies and statistical methodologies to discover insights in the data
- Use data to identify solutions that will raise the bar on all things people-related
- Research new technologies and methods across data science, data engineering and data visualizations to improve technical capabilities of the team
- Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audience
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
- Manage a small team of People Analytics analysts
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required
- 8-10 years of related experience including experience with HR/People data/analytics or workforce strategy working in/with complex organizations
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills; experience in applying multivariate statistical methods, clustering, modelling, etc.
- Experience designing analytics solutions with HR technology
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization skills (PowerBI preferred); data extraction, preparation and statistical languages including Python, R and/or SQL
- Experience with Oracle HCM a plus
