We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Manager, Workplace Experience Technology to join our Workplace Experience Team. This role is located in New York, NY – HYBRID
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing an IWMS platform and a solid understanding of its core functionalities, including space management, project management, capital planning, and asset management. You will oversee system configuration standards, data management, and integrations with other bank systems. Strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and the ability to align IWMS capabilities with business needs are key to success in this role.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Product Leadership: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace and real estate technology solutions, with a primary focus on the bank’s IWMS platform.
- Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define product strategy, prioritize features, and create roadmaps to align with business goals and enhance user experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams (ex: Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Facilities, and Engineering) to identify and prioritize technology requirements across the workplace experience technology stack.
- Solution Implementation & Management: Lead the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing management of workplace technology platforms.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to evaluate solutions, ensure successful implementation, and maintain effective partnerships.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with IWMS platforms such as Archibus, IBM Tririga, Planon, FM Systems, Nuvolo, or similar systems is a must.
- Experience configuring IWMS modules and workflows to streamline real estate and workplace operations.
- Strong Product Manager with experience partnering with engineering teams to design, configure, and implement complex technology platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, deliver on time, and within budget.
- Familiarity with the workplace technology ecosystem including space reservation platforms, visitor management systems, Workplace Analytics Platforms, Workplace Experience Employee Applications, and similar solutions that enhance the employee experience and/or improve workplace operations.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from platform data and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a global Real Estate or Workplace Experience function.
- Previous experience leading IWMS implementations, migrations, or system upgrades.
- Experience with AutoCAD and BIM as it relates to IWMS management, including integration of floorplans and space management.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Salary : $81,000 - $179,000
