We are seeking future team members to join our Regulatory team as a Vice President, Regulatory Administration/Filings Manager I located Boston, MA- Hybrid positions.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a small team of Regulatory Administration and Filings staff responsible for reporting and making recommendations around legislation and providing client support.
- Resolves escalated issues from team members. Manages the performance of assigned staff and sets team priorities.
- Supervises the reporting of legislative issues to provide clients with information needed make regulatory decisions.
- Manages team in preparing prospectuses, proxy statements, and other SEC required filings for clients.
- Works with in-house counsel to ensure filings are created and delivered in accordance to regulations.
- Manages processes for performing calculations needed to answer regulatory questions on behalf of clients.
- Manages team in working with clients accounting firms to ensure client information and data needed for regulatory matters are exchanged in an efficient manner.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a small team of Regulatory Administration and Filings staff.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- JD from an accredited law school preferred.4-5 years of total work experience including 0-1 years in management is preferred.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
