We are seeking future team members to join our Regulatory team as a Vice President, Regulatory Administration / Filings Manager I located in Boston, MA - Hybrid .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Manage a small team of Regulatory Administration and Filings staff responsible for reporting and making recommendations around legislation and providing client support.
- Resolve escalated issues from team members and manage the performance of assigned staff, setting team priorities.
- Supervise the reporting of legislative issues to provide clients with information needed to make regulatory decisions.
- Manage the team in preparing prospectuses, proxy statements, and other SEC required filings for clients.
- Work with in-house counsel to ensure filings are created and delivered in accordance with regulations.
- Manage processes for performing calculations needed to answer regulatory questions on behalf of clients.
- Manage the team in working with clients' accounting firms to ensure client information and data needed for regulatory matters are exchanged efficiently.
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
