We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Sales Enablement Client and Performance Data.
 
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 
  • Build and maintain best in class sales reporting, leveraging internal CRM tools as well as   3rd party data sources 
  • Prepare and own the quality assurance for key sales reports for relevant stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the Client Coverage management team to perfect sales processes, generate improvement suggestions
  • Use generative AI to optimize areas of sales reporting and business operations
  • Propose campaign change recommendations as well as campaign execution  

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Strong communications skills
  • Curiosity, willingness and ability to learn quickly 
  • Proven track record of generating actionable insights from analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask 
  • Has a passion for problem solving  
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 
  • 7-10 years of total work experience in sales preferred

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Salary : $66,000 - $120,000
