We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Technology Liaison Representative I to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required) .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Provides support for improving technology use in business areas for projects and technology that are of higher complexity
- Coordinates business technology activities with internal partners
- Uses documented processes and guidelines to test applications and / or systems of higher complexity
- Tracks data and general technology requirements from businesses or functional areas for project of greater scope or complexity
- May train users on new or enhanced applications and / or systems that are more straightforward in nature
- No direct reports
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
Excel, Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, Pentaho, Python, Microsoft Access, SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Gantt Charts, etc.
