We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Scrum Leader I to join our Treasury Services Client Platform – Banking as a service team. This role is located in PUNE-MH or Chennai-TN, HYBRID/REMOTE.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Rolling out of Banking as a Service product for BNY
- Contribute to application development as a full stack developer and Oversee applications programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs
- Interface regularly with clients and project managers to ensure that systems are developed to meet their business needs and specifications
- Communicate timely and accurate project-related information to relevant parties. Acts as an advocate for change management, encourages innovation and creativity in technology solutions
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Should be thoroughly Hands-on to provide analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for the client area application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology, tools, etc.
- Should have understanding on legacy technologies on Mainframe and worked on modernization efforts.
- Technology Skills on the following
- Design Patterns/Architectural Principles
- Agile / Scrum
- Test-driven development: Junit, Mockito
- Java 11 and above
- J2EE / Tomcat
- Spring: MVC, REST, SpringBoot
- MicroServices/Docker
- JMS / MQ / Kafka
- GITLab/DevOps
- Any database (Oracle/MongoDB)
- Confluence / Jira Agile Tools
- Domain knowledge on Payments and Banking Solutions
- Exposure to AI related technologies
- Recruit, direct, motivates and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
