We're seeking a team member for the role of VP, Internal Communications to join our Internal Communications Team in the Marketing & Communications function. This role is located in NYC, with a hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Work as part of a small team to develop and execute enterprise communications plans, with a special focus on transformation and organizational change based on clear outcomes, specific tactics, and success metrics.
- Build and execute outstanding written communications, including key messages, talking points, FAQs, email communications, internal updates, people stories, and more.
- Support the planning and execution of events in partnership with BNY's events and technology teams.
- Bring creativity, excellence, and organization to your work and inspire the same in others.
- Partner and collaborate with individuals throughout the Marketing & Communications team.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
