Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying time card information, collecting and entering payroll information into the payroll software and processing payroll.
Duties
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll processing
- Collaborate with HR to resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and audits as needed.
- Partner with HR to stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in payroll processing or related roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
