Payroll clerk job responsibilities:
The Payroll Clerk collects and verifies payroll time records, summarizes the data, and processes the weekly payroll for several office locations.
Payroll clerk job duties:
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, deductions, job title changes
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Complete research and provide payroll information to management upon request
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to the department’s efforts by completing related duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
