Overview Of Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will be a member of the Facilities department providing support in all facilities related activities at our Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. This role will assist with all internal facilities operations, giving priority to service requests, preventive maintenance and maintaining office furniture, equipment, and inventory in an efficient and safe manner.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Facilities team and rest of the organization
  • Ensure the office remains in proper working conditions and all office equipment is working as intended, including reporting any malfunctions to the proper contacts and arrange for repairs or schedule maintenance as needed
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager for any additional assistance to external contractors (i.e. Zeppelin/property management and maintenance team) in support of the BOA Facilities department, including maintaining records and providing scheduling support
  • Respond to service requests through online ticketing system and resolve in a timely manner (i.e. replacing lightbulbs, repairing coffee machines, patching drywall, painting, hanging pictures, unloading pallets)
  • Build office furniture and set up desks and offices for new hires
  • Set up, break down, and clean up after catered lunches twice per week
  • Support with event related infrastructure in a timely manner and in accordance with event protocols
  • Support with mail, package deliveries, pickups, internal and external meetings, welcoming guests, and other on-site tasks as needed
  • Order and maintain stock inventory of supplies (light bulbs, hardware, tools, bathroom supplies, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining offsite storage, including storage of office equipment, supplies, parts, and company record’s storage
  • Maintain safety and OSHA standards as they relate to BOA Facilities and offsite storage
  • Facilitate safety walk with new hires to ensure they are aware of fire exits and other safety protocols
  • Lead quarterly safety meetings to review any safety concerns, take notes, and follow up with action items as needed
  • Available for off-site errand running using either the BOA van or a personal vehicle with expense reimbursement
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Assist the Office Manager in directing phone calls and taking messages as needed
  • Collaborate and effectively utilize internal and external resources as needed to maintain BOA Facilities operations and upkeep

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related facilities management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on technical experience in shop, garage, or office facility (i.e. drywall patch/repair/paint, mounting/installing TVs, shelving, racking, etc.)
  • Detail and quality oriented
  • Motivated and open to learning new skills
  • High level of ownership
  • Team oriented, flexible, and open minded
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams

Desired Qualifications

  • OSHA certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

Overview Of Compensation And Benefits

  • Budgeted salary range: $22-24/hour
    • We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
    • This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
