What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at Storyline Church?
Summary: The Facilities Coordinator Team oversees after-hours building use activities and events for Storyline Fellowship.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
Ongoing Tasks
- Responsible for opening and closing the building for internal and external use of the facilities.
- Responsible for engaging with and assisting those that use the facilities with any needs they might have.
- Responsible for setting rooms for external and internal use.
Relationship with Storyline Team:
- I receive input from: Facilities Manager
- I work with: Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator Team
Qualifications:
- Responsible and dependable
- Strong people and communication skills
- Confidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordingly
