- Meet with the Aquatics Supervisor as needed to discuss scheduling, supplies needed, training sessions, teambuilding activities and other related issues.
- Provide support to Aquatics Service Agents in absence of Aquatics Supervisor.
- Address service recovery issues at time of incident and follow up with Supervisor and additional managers as needed.
- Act as a leader for the Aquatics Service Agent staff both by demonstration and instruction.
- Help cover all special events, including holidays.
- Maintain Forbes Travel Guide and 4 Diamond Service Expectations at all times.
