Job Duties:
- Greet clients, check-in clients and answer phones in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments with efficiency
- Learn retail products and assist in product sales
- Check-out clients, process payments, and re-book our clients' next visit
- Learn point of sale software
- Clean lobby daily including dusting, sweeping and vacuum/ taking out trash
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Superior client service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Business casual/country club casual attire
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
