JOB DESCRIPTION: The Cabinet Painter/Finisher plays a pivotal role in our production process. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint or stain, and achieving high-quality finishing product. This hands-on role requires physical fitness as you'll be lifting and maneuvering heavy items, maintaining extended periods of standing, utilizing air spray guns, and working with various chemicals regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Spray/Finishing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in applying paint or stain to cabinet materials. Or we will also accept applicants that have spray experience in painting homes, cars, etc....
- Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork are core values at Boardwalk Cabinetry.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is essential in achieving the high-quality finishes we're known for.
- Efficiency: We value employees who can work consistently and efficiently.
- Physical Stamina: The role entails lifting items weighing 50 lbs.
- Bilingual Skills: While not mandatory, proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly sought out.
