JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy for Estate Yountville, enhancing its brand presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with the property’s business objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the concept development, design, promotion, and production of marketing collateral and printed materials that effectively communicate the brand message.
- Provide art direction for property-funded photo and video shoots, ensuring visual assets reflect the brand’s positioning and appeal to target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the public relations agency to identify media opportunities, craft compelling storylines, develop supporting messages, and compile relevant data to secure optimal coverage and positioning for the hotel.
- Monitor online reviews and social media platforms to maintain strong guest engagement and address feedback promptly.
- Oversee the promotion of on-site events, including weddings, conferences, and special celebrations.
- Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure coverage and build credibility.
- Uphold and enforce meticulous brand standards, including proper logo usage and adherence to the style guide across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to design campaigns that maximize occupancy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
