Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclubs or banquet settings. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring that guests enjoy their experience while maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist with food service as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Support Bartenders by ensuring inventory is stocked.
- Provide support during special events or banquets, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar service or food handling is preferred, particularly in nightclub or hotel environments.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or meet local legal requirements for serving alcohol).
