We are currently looking for a Commercial Services and Marketing Representative/ Sr Representative to work in our Owensboro, KY office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer needs and implementing the company’s commercial objectives oriented towards LNG, LDC and Power customer assignments.
Responsibilities include:
Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to build and maintain good LNG, LDC and Power customer relationships, and effectively communicate Boardwalk opportunities and business requirements.
Work with LNG, LDC & Power customers to manage and support service contracts and contract renewal efforts, gas scheduling and billing communications, pipeline maintenance events, meter station replacements, expansion opportunities, abandonments, and any other customer issues that may arise.
Work collaboratively with Customer Service and various other internal groups, keeping them apprised of LNG, LDC and Power customer needs and working to find solutions for any customer issues that arise.
Work collaboratively with System Planning, Operations and Gas Control to manage System Maintenance events, outages and any other issues that affect LNG, LDC and Power customers.
Manage contract and related matters in LNG, LDC and Power transportation agreements, such as point realignments, establishment of child/aggregate groupings and SCO customer affidavits.
Prepare necessary reports (RFP's, Metrics, Periodic Business Reviews) and presentations to support Commercial efforts and customer needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong knowledge of finance with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work well with peers and customers
Strong organizational and analytical skills
General knowledge of gas operations and associated equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Working knowledge of North American supply basins, exploration and production operations, pipeline industry, project economics, pipeline design, project finance, market analysis, financial analysis and strategic planning
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
MBA in Finance
