Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com.   We are currently looking for a Compliance Analyst I/II/III/Sr to work in our Owensboro, KY location.         POSITION DESCRIPTION:   The Compliance Services Department processes numerous construction project files each year.  The records provided for each construction project are critical to ensure compliance with PHMSA regulations.   In this role, you will work closely with all project managers, inspectors Area Managers, Area Supervisors, Pipeline Safety, Engineering, Construction, and Legal to ensure facility records are organized, complete and in compliance.     This position is responsible for the following job functions.   Tracks Construction Project Line Files using the Project Tracker Software to confirm receipt of projects. Reviews and audits Construction Project Line files for all required compliance documentation that is to be maintained for the life of facility. Communicates with project managers to request any missing documentation.   Organizes and scans project documentation into SharePoint, applies metadata to each file. Prepares project boxes and indexes box to be sent to Records Mgmt. for archival. Performs project data research request for Audits, Area Managers, Engineering, Construction, Commercial and Legal and for any other parties as needed.   Issues As-builts Drawings, Valve ID updates, and loads PDF’s of As-Built Drawings and CAD files to SharePoint with correct metadata.    Assists Compliance Services Manager and Supervisors with special studies and record research as needed.    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:   proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint;  the ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures, hydro test charts, maps and forms associated with pipeline projects; good interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. for a minimum of 50 ft in order to transfer boxes;   PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:   Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pipeline projects and compliance documentation   REQUIRED EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hire.   Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
