JOB OVERVIEW
The Aquatic Service Agent is responsible for contributing to the overall guest experience, providing exceptional hospitality to members and guests through check-in process, maintaining pool deck cleanliness and guest engagement.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Arrange pool furniture according to plan at top of shift.
- Clean pool furniture as needed.
- Assist Aqua Poolside staff with clearing tables.
- Offer cold water and towels to guests at check-in,
- Greet and check in all members and resort guest.
- Staff retail area at check-in, restock and manage POS system for pool retail.
- Ensure chairs are cleared of towels as guests depart pool area.
- Help cover all special events, including holidays.
- Maintain Forbes Travel Guide and 4 Diamond Service Expectations at all times.
- Ensure that all daily and rotational tasks are completed during each shift including:
- Maintain a welcoming check-in process for all members and guests.
- Ensuring the pool area maintains a high standard of cleanliness, including towels and garbage.
- Ensuring that towels are stocked and offered upon guest entry.
11. Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Requirements:Essential:
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work additional hours during special events, weekends and holidays.
- Computer knowledge and experience.
- Proven ability to:
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Prioritize and organize.
- Resolve problems calmly, using good judgment.
- Work independently.
- Understand customer service needs and solve them proactively.
- Work effectively with managers and co-workers.
- Work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- CPR/First-Aid training.
- Hotel/Resort customer service background.
- Experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a pool environment.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
All employees must learn and comply with all Resort safety rules; must use appropriate safety equipment at all times; must immediately report all unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features or equipment, machinery or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.
