- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Use various tools and equipment to fabricate metal components, including welding machines, plasma cutters, and hand tools
- Perform welding and soldering tasks to join metal parts together according to project requirements
- Assemble fabricated components into finished products or structures
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications and standards
- Operate machinery such as shears, saws, and presses to cut and shape metal materials
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes, including stick welding
- Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulations related to fabrication work
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
