This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while creating high-quality fabricated products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assemble and fabricate mechanical parts using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Read, interpret, and follow templates, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Operate handheld tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks, ensuring quality and precision.
- Conduct quality checks and rework products as needed to meet specifications.
- Maintain welding machines and ensure proper upkeep of tools and consumables.
- Adhere to established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License & High School Diploma or GED.
- Some fabrication knowledge preferred.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and occasionally lift over 100 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay: $18 - $22 per hour.
