Marine boat yacht ship helper

Job: highest pay anywhere but we want the best to work on luxury yacht on while on-land, while inland in Otay mesa boat yard located across from chula amphitheater and also back dockside (mid may) at Marine in Pt Loma while sea trials are underway. 7 to 8 am start time days, 4pm start time 2nd shift.

Must be able to get tools, organize tools, protect boat with coverings at all times while fetching parts, screws, fittings for engineer all while assisting and protecting the boat from engineers or boat builders every boat building move. Assist boat builder in ways that help them stay focused on high skill areas of completion by organizing tools, cleaning, protection of surfaces, lighting, ventilation and ensuring padre games are on radio.

*Cleanliness, becoming a boat cleaning angelsl, learning quickly while retaining new information thats given freely to you. You must use old fashion note pad and write down verbal request often and consistently. A phone is not a flash light or a note pad on this vessel. Vital that adequate lighting is used for best results on a yacht.

5. Need a general yard laborer but to be on the boat you must be marine skilled or highly motivated to learn on your own time. Experience on a boat, ship, yacht, charter or fishing boat. If you dont have marine skills or know some of the language, we do have plenty of scaffolding work, fork lift work, yard rigging, lifting type labor. Short term day contracts are acceptable but only 1 no show can get your contract canceled. Your word must mean more on a maritime yacht with small crew. Lies or dishonesty will be grounds for cancelling your contract immediately.

Must be fit enough to climb 30ft up on scaffolding. You will sweat, must stay busy, not have items suddenly come up missing now thatvyour here. Account for all tools at all times. There's no money for nothing. Interesting contract work? Thats an understatement. Looking for a few good contractors.

Male, female, dont care but only English is spoken here. All instructions are verbal and in English and must be understood.

A paper note pad, flashlight is pro.

Seperate boat shoes or socks are required on boat, not same shoes you walk on street with. Its a yacht.

LOCATED corner of heritage and otay valley road, our yard #7 is 1st yard off heritage road at otay valley (no sign), just barely up the hill off main street in chula by waterpark and concert arena. 1st real left at western towing and hofer corp. Look for huge white containment tent and boat yard help wanted. Rsvp for an 8am is tryout or visit time, do not enter yard after 8:15 am without escort, ID.

We can Pay your invoice hourly each week, by bid or by progress, your choice. Yard is open until 9pm. Gate closes 15 mins after your scheduled arrival. If your late you may need to wait an hour or more as we dont receive calls while working under tent and on boat due to very poor reception. Start now, weekends available too.
