As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction. You will work closely with our service technicians, sales team, and other departments to coordinate service requests, answer product-related questions, and provide timely updates to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with their orders, product information, and any other inquiries they may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information in the database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory control.
- Greet customers and provide assistance at the front desk when needed.
