Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with their service requests, product information, and any other inquiries they may have.
- Provide detailed estimates.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with customers regarding their questions and concerns during and after repairs.
- Order parts and coordinate sublet work.
- Make sure repairs are done efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in service advisor role in Marine Industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of boats and boat systems preferred.
