We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Services and Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our Inside Sales and Underwriting teams in originating consumer loans through a variety of channels — phone, internet, and mail. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our business, helping ensure a smooth and positive lending experience from start to finish. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service, educate customers, and contribute to business growth through strong collaboration and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries for new consumer loan applications.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Underwriting teams to match customers with the best loan products for their financial needs.
- Provide technical support to customers navigating our online platform — guiding them through questions or issues with ease.
- Develop deep expertise in our loan products to deliver accurate information and quotes.
- Handle administrative tasks including document imaging, routing mail and faxes, updating opt-out databases, and general clerical support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services or refer customers to other departments as appropriate.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal teams to keep loan processing on track and on time.
- Assist in lien perfection by supporting the processing of titles, liens, and registrations.
- Maintain full compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements for all loan applications.
- Support additional tasks, special projects, and departmental needs as they arise.
What You Bring
- Solid background in banking or financial services, especially in sales or customer-facing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer loan products, preferably in RV or marine lending, including relevant laws and regulations.
- Outstanding customer service and phone skills — confident in guiding customers remotely with professionalism and care.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to support customers using our digital platform.
- Attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet quality standards.
- Team-first mindset — you’re collaborative, supportive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General familiarity with RV and marine products is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
