The Role:
- Client Development: Build and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives in the Animal Health industry to understand their hiring needs and drive new business.
- Source Candidates: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, referrals, professional networking sites, and databases.
- Maintain a Pipeline: Attract passive candidates through cold calls and email campaigns to both prospective and existing contacts.
- Build Your Network: Establish long-lasting, trusting relationships with candidates in the Animal Health industry for future opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
- 3 years’ of sales and/or recruiting experience.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new field.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Structured and organized approach with a strong focus on results.
