Bob Allen Motor Mall is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our growing team! We’re a well-established, multi-franchise new car dealership committed to excellence in customer service and vehicle care. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and submit warranty claims for Chrysler, GM, and Nissan
- Track claim status, follow up on unpaid claims, and reconcile accounts
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure timely and correct warranty submissions
- Maintain current knowledge of warranty policies and procedures for all brands
- Handle warranty audits and ensure compliance with all manufacturer requirements
Qualifications:
- Warranty administration experience is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and repair order documentation
- Familiarity with Chrysler, GM, and/or Nissan warranty systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
