Steel Warehouse Worker

This person will participate in pulling material for customers and shop jobs utilizing a forklift or other tools to move heavy material.

General Accountabilities (Warehouse worker)
- Unloads and loads items from trucks
- Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse, yard, or other areas according to our system of organization
- Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisor
- Makes basic cuts to material for specific orders
- Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
Job Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: A few months to one year as a warehouse worker
- Certified for driving a forklift
